The Optical Federation have also made a very useful leaflet with frequently asked questions about having an eye exam at home. It is available here.
If you would like an Eye Exam at home either for yourself or some of your relatives; please give call the practice on 028 302 62564. We will then take a few details and book a suitable appointment.
If your prescription has changed or your spectacles need replaced, we will discuss this with you at the end of the eye exam. The optometrist will always bring a selection of frames with them to the examination and therefore you will be able to choose a frame whilst we're there. We will be able to advise on the most appropriate lenses. Once the spectacles are ready we will contact you to arrange either for delivery or for a family member to collect them from the Practice.
If you've had an accident and broken your glasses, please call into the practice. Many repairs can be completed on the day, we also offer a one day glazing service that will ensure you aren't inconvenienced for long.
